Important Points to Note

  • Live Stock Responsibility: Once fish seeds are delivered and received in good condition, the responsibility for handling and farming shifts to the customer.
  • No Guarantee Post-Delivery: Due to environmental factors beyond our control (water quality, handling, pond conditions, etc.), we cannot offer survival or growth guarantees after the point of delivery.
  • Transit Damage: In the rare event of any issues during transit, customers must notify us immediately upon receipt with photos/videos for review.

Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our products (live fish seeds), returns are not accepted.

Once the fish seeds are delivered, they are considered final sale.

We strive to ensure that the fish seeds we send are healthy and in good condition, carefully packaged to minimize stress during transit. However, since live fish are highly sensitive to environmental factors, we encourage you to inspect the seeds immediately upon arrival.

If you notice any issues with the seeds upon delivery (e.g., damage, poor condition), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. We may offer replacements or other solutions based on the issue.

2. Refunds

Refunds are generally not applicable for live fish seed orders.

If you experience any issue related to transportation (such as damaged packaging or dead fish seeds upon arrival), we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis and provide a solution, which may include a replacement shipment or partial credit for your next order.

Refunds for transportation-related issues will be processed only if you report the issue immediately upon receiving the package (within 24 hours) with proof (photos/videos).

3. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made before the order is dispatched. Once your order is processed and ready for shipping, we cannot cancel or modify it.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the cancellation is approved before dispatch, we will process a full refund.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
